We are on the outlook for a Warehouse Manager for our Golf business to ensure smooth operation as we support our large and growing portfolio of clients and products.

TrackMan A/S is a fast-growing sports technology company that develops, manufactures and sells 3D ball flight measurement systems for a variety of sports verticals. Originally developed for golf, TrackMan now enjoys a market leader position in several sports disciplines in measuring and delivering real-time sports motion data.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Inventory management, including receiving and shipping of golf simulator, baseball, driving range, sports broadcast, spare parts and webshop orders
  • Pick, pack, and shipping functions
  • Supplier sourcing and negotiations
  • Demand planning
  • General warehouse maintenance, including maintaining cleanliness and organization
  • Creating and sending Purchase Orders to suppliers
  • Procurement functions; inventory replenishment, office purchasing, ad hoc purchase requests
  • Maintaining proper inventory levels
  • Follow up on orders/suppliers/invoices
  • Managing and entering Navision (ERP system) data
  • Processing inbound shipments (electronic receipts, physical put away)
  • Claim handling
  • Supervise out of inventory items (external stocks at vendors)
  • Approve invoices related to above
  • Process improvements, supply chain optimization
  • Ad-hoc warehouse and office requests


  • 2+ years experience in a similar role
  • Experience with the handling international transactions (purchases and logistics)
  • Experience with Navision or other ERP system, and skilled user of MS office
  • Self-driven with the ability to manage own time to team standards and expectations
  • Act on commitments and keeps focus on the agreed goals and deadlines
  • Understands and appropriately balances and prioritizes work efforts to operational needs
  • Ability to learn and apply role specific processes, procedures, and technologies, and is not afraid to suggest improvements when needed
  • Is proactively seeking sound solutions with energy and enthusiasm
  • Communicates effectively and proactively
  • Experience from an international company is a plus, as the candidate will report to an US Manager in personal management, and Corporate Finance in Denmark on functional quality matters.
