TrackMan Range Operations is looking for a detail-orientated, hard-working candidate, with basic understandings of IT networks/technology, that likes to travel to will play an integral role in bringing our client’s a world-class Tracking Technology to their driving ranges across the Americas. Be a part of a team that designs, plans, and installs full coverage tracking systems to country clubs, golf facilities, and entertainment venues driving ranges that are powered by the industry-leading technology –Trackman Range Radar shot tracing technology.

Job Description:
You will work closely with the global operations team, sales representatives, customers, AND subcontractors. Your main responsibilities will be to (1), Travel, Install, calibrate, and test to ensure that driving range installations are completed in line with expectations (2) work directly with Trackman Range Project Manager to understand and verify all project requirements and prerequisites are met prior to installation, AND (3) assist TrackMan Operations team with additional tasks as needed while not on-site for an installation.

What will you be doing?

  • Planning of driving range installations (preparation): 10%
  • Prepare system configuration ahead of shipment
  • Coordinate shipment and logistics
  • Coordinate pre-installation (must be completed before TrackMan arrives on site)
  • On-site range installation (execution): 70%
  • Travel to Range locations across the Americas
  • Coordinate and execute the onsite installation of the driving range systems
  • Calibrate radar configurations: tracking units, mapping of bays, targets, launch area, etc.
  • Setting up Wi-Fi access points across the range
  • Installing Android touch screens
  • Hitting test shots to ensure all areas of the range are covered
  • Complete Overall Q&A is responsible for each installation

  • Project Support (office): 20%
  • Provide relevant feedback to R&D
  • Provide technical details for future projects


  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally; up to 75%; including potential night and weekend availability
  • Strong organization, communication, planning, and problem-solving skills
  • Hands-on experience with project coordination and installations
  • Ability to use all needed hand tools, securing, and terminating wire/cables
  • Experience with IT infrastructure, setting up networks and Wi-Fi Access points (preferred) 
  • As a person, you are very organized and capable of working in teams, as well as independently
  • Passion, drive, excellent work ethic, and ability to self-start without direct supervision
