TrackMan is a Danish privately owned fast-growing sports technology company that helps athletes in golf, baseball, American football, and soccer get the most out of their game. Our products combine radar- and vision-based tracking devices, applications, and even sports simulators. We are an integrated part of the daily lives of the world's sports superstars, the largest professional teams, and millions of amateurs worldwide.
Today, our headquarters is located in Vedbaek, Denmark, and there are offices in New York, Phoenix, Poland, Japan, and Korea. Of the more than 400 people we employ worldwide, more than 150 are engaged in R&D in Vedbaek. The revenue of TrackMan has grown 25% on average in the past four years, reaching revenue of more than 740 million DKK in 2020 with continued strong growth.

As our Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play an instrumental role in attracting and recruiting the best talent as we continue to grow our business. Your primary responsibility is to find, contact, and build effective relationships with passive job seekers in hard-to-fill roles using LinkedIn and alternative search and recruiting techniques. Many of these are within Research & Development. You will work closely with the hiring managers to understand the role requirements and where to find a qualified pool of talents. For selected roles, you will handle the initial screening and deliver long-listed candidates to hiring managers.
You will also contribute to our Employer Branding activities. You will create engaging content (visual and written) for web and social media that promotes our value proposition, values, and successes. You will be handling community management, content management, and ad-hoc activity on channels such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Glassdoor, and Indeed. You will work closely with Marketing & Communication and Research & Development in preparing and hosting external events for our target groups and contribute to a good onboarding experience for new employees.
