From day one, you will be working in the heart of strategy in TrackMan’s Strategy & Consulting department. You will be working with and reporting to senior executives and former McKinsey consultants who are committed to offering you opportunities to continue your personal and professional development. In a highly entrepreneurial organization, you will play a key role in shaping the strategic direction of TrackMan. The position is characterized by a high degree of responsibility as you will be expected to both carry out strategic and commercial projects, while managing and guiding more junior team members.

What we are looking for

We are looking for excellent candidates who wants to make a difference while continuing their career in consulting and strategy. The ideal candidate is graduating university this summer and has prior experience from student jobs in consulting, banking, or in-house strategy. While experience from working with sports is not a requirement, the ideal candidate has a strong passion for sport and is motivated by shaping the future of a high-growth, market-leading tech and sports company.

• Availability to start full-time this summer, ideally after graduation (either Master or Bachelor)

• Great academic record within Business, Economics, Finance, and Strategy from CBS, KU or similar

• Experience from a student job within consulting, banking, or in-house strategy

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Team-player who is excited by working with others and achieving results as part of a team

• Ability to work in our office in Vedbæk, Denmark most days (occasional remote work is of course allowed)
