Job description

We are searching for a Strategy Associate to take a key role in defining and implementing strategy for TrackMan. In the role, you will work closely with top management, the Strategy department and the rest of the TrackMan organization. The focus is to lead high impact, strategic projects as well as provide analytical support and sparring for critical, strategic decisions

TrackMan is a fast-growing sports technology company that helps athletes in golf, baseball, American football and soccer get the most out of their game. Our products are a combination of radar- and vision-based tracking devices, applications, and even sport simulators. We are excited to be an integrated part in the daily lives of the world’s sports superstars, the largest, professional teams, and millions of amateurs across the world.

Our headquarters are located in Vedbaek, Denmark, but we are a global company with offices in New York, Phoenix, Poland, Japan, and Korea, employing approximately 400 passionate colleagues worldwide. As we are a privately owned company we are able to make decisions fast and plan for the long-term.

The job

In the role as Strategy Associate, you will be expected to:

  • Become a key member of the Strategy department (currently a team of five, including strategy interns)
  • Use your management consulting toolbox to drive impact through quantitative analyses, strategic problem-solving, project management and communication of key results
  • Work closely with relevant TrackMan colleagues and take responsibility for project outcomes
  • Guide junior employees when relevant
  • Be flexible to travel, especially initially, to the US as part of strategic projects (as is possible under COVID-19 restrictions)

You have experience

  • From a relevant master’s degree with outstanding academic results
  • From 1-2 years in tier-1 management consulting
  • With strategic and operational projects with many stakeholders
  • As a super-user of Excel and PowerPoint (and potentially other quantitative analysis tools)
