As a TrackMan Representative, you will demonstrate and sell TrackMan products and services within the Southwest Desert, USA territory.

TrackMan A/S is a fast-growing sports technology company that develops, manufactures and sells 3D ball flight measurement systems for a variety of sports verticals. Originally developed for golf, TrackMan now enjoys a market leader position in several sports disciplines in measuring and delivering real-time sports motion data.

Requirements

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Demand generation through cooperation with the local PGA and other golf organizations
  • Product demonstrations to Teaching Pros, Club Fitters, ambitious amateurs and other client segments
  • Ensure highest customer satisfaction through ongoing training and service
  • Proposal preparation and order administration
  • Customer training and 1st level support
  • Organization and implementation of TrackMan University workshops
  • Support of our Corporate Customers such as Equipment Manufacturers or Large Retail Accounts
  • Product testing and provision of feedback to our software and hardware development teams
  • Development and continuous improvement of your territories sales strategies 

MUST HAVE REQUIREMENTS 

  • 3+ years consultative sales experience
  • PGA Golf professional or single HCP amateur golfer
  • Own car with full driver’s license
  • 3rd Level Qualification in Technology, Business or Marketing
  • Act on commitments. What is promised is delivered!

  • Demonstrate perseverance, and cope well with rejection.

  • Demonstrate strong communication and presentation skills.

  • Does not let anything slip through the cracks (attention to details).
  • Consider other’s view and demonstrates listening skills

 PREFERABLY:

•  A strong network in the local golf industry - PGA Member

• Experience in developing and applying sales and marketing strategies

• Advanced computer skills, Windows 10 configuration (device management), Microsoft Office


The compensation plan consists of fixed salary, commissions based on performance, and bonus plan. Individual Health Insurance with optional Dental plan will also be provided. Other benefits such as paid expenses, cell phone, internet, and personal vacation days to also be provided. You will benefit from extensive onboard training and continuous coaching. It is expected to live and work out of your territory from home office with travel as 50-75% of the time. Expected total compensation to range between $65,000 and $80,000.
