This is your chance to join a high performing team of Product Owners, who work closely with R&D and sales to create amazing new products for our golf portfolio.

TrackMan is looking for an ambitious and business-oriented Product Owner, who is ready to take responsibility for our Business Growth Platform (B2B focus). Our products are sold to an increasing number of commercial customers, who need effective tools to manage their business. These tools range from activity dashboards to sponsor campaign management – and further extend to creation of online Tournaments.

As Product Owner for the Business Growth Platform, you will work closely with the other golf Product Owners, UI/UX, R&D and Sales to drive product development. This position is anchored in Business Development Golf, allowing you to work with several senior stakeholders in a very dynamic environment – driven by our passion for the product, the customer, and the game of golf!

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Drive the product-, pricing, and marketing strategies for the product throughout the product life cycle
  • Lead the Project Group, together with the Project Manager
  • Take ownership of the roadmap and drive progress in sound collaboration with key stakeholders
  • Formulate specific user-facing requirements and use cases for R&D to work from
  • Define product concept and work closely with UI/UX and PO-team to bring these to life
  • Develop go-to-market proposals as new concepts are introduced
  • Own the relation to the market and support sales with materials
  • Drive projects with external stakeholders (e.g. driving a Tournament concept with sponsor)


Are you our new colleague?

You have an educational background in business or technology. We expect you to have +5 years of working experience, ideally from digital projects where you have analyzed existing set-ups, mapped out future roadmaps and driven the implementation (from a commercial point).

We expect you to have a commercial mindset, and to take an analytic approach to your tasks. You are a good communicator and presenter that listens to other’s ideas before presenting your own. You are persistent and have a proven ability to deliver high-quality products to the market. Experience with working in a collaborative and international environment is a plus.

Given the nature of this product, an understanding and passion for golf is necessary.
