This is your chance to join a high-performing team of Product Owners, who work closely with R&D and sales to create amazing new products for our golf portfolio.


TrackMan is looking for an ambitious and business-oriented Product Owner, who is ready to take responsibility for our Professional Golf Solutions. Our industry-leading offerings are sold to coaches, playing professionals, equipment manufacturers, and retailers – all over the world – and your key focus will be to continue to deliver value-adding solutions to all these customer segments.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Drive the product-, pricing, and marketing strategies for the product throughout the product life cycle
  • Lead the Project Group, together with the Project Manager
  • Take ownership of the roadmap and drive progress in sound collaboration with key stakeholders
  • Formulate specific user-facing requirements and use cases for R&D to work from
  • Define product concepts and work closely with UI/UX and PO-team to bring these to life
  • Develop go-to-market proposals as new concepts are introduced
  • Own the relation to the market and support sales with materials
  • Drive projects with external stakeholders (e.g. equipment manufacturers, key opinion leaders, or organisation that want to leverage TrackMan learning materials)

Are you our new colleague?

You have an educational background in business or technology. We expect you to have +5 years of working experience, ideally with project management where you have analyzed existing set-ups, mapped out future roadmaps, and driven the implementation (from a commercial point). It is a big plus if you have experience working together with UI/UX designers to create user journeys in digital products, as this is a very central part of being a Product Owner at TrackMan.

We expect you to have a commercial mindset, and to take an analytic approach to your tasks. You are a good communicator and presenter that listens to others’ ideas before presenting your own. You are persistent and have a proven ability to deliver high-quality products to the market. Experience with working in a collaborative and international environment is a plus.

Given the nature of this role, a deep understanding and passion for golf are necessary, as you will be exposed to the very top of the industry. Ideally, you have in the past played golf at a high level (low single-digit) or you have prior industry experience.
