We are looking for an experienced and ambitious Operations Manager to further improve the operations for our Driving Range Solution, and to lead the Europen Operations and Customer Service teams based at TrackMan HQ in Vedbæk. The role is newly created and reports to the Vice President of Global Operations and Customer support, who is based in the USA.

You will work closely with our customers, marketing, operations team, our golf sales representatives, and subcontractors. Your main responsibilities will be to (1) be engaged with our customers and sales team during the pre-sales portion for TrackMan Driving Range, (2) ensure that TrackMan Driving Range installation are planned and completed in line with expectations, (3) post-installation customer follow-up, (4) ensure customer happiness from start to finish (5) manage our European Operation and Customer Service teams.

What will you be doing?

TrackMan Range Operations Manager: 70% of your time

  • Overseeing all aspects and teams for TrackMan Range installations, from the design phase to completed installation
  • Support sales team by preparing & delivering design plans, layouts for prospective clients
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects\
  • Own the overall install schedule with input from Operations, Sales, and Product Owner – raising risks and challenges to relevant stakeholders, when appropriate
  • Be the main point of contact to key suppliers that are not managed via TrackMan production
  • Work closely with R&D, the Product Owner, and Support to ensure that forecasts, hardware allocations, and planning are done in a structured and timely manner
  • Will ensure that information flow from operations to support and support to operations is smooth and timely when issues require escalation
  • Be responsible for the effective roll-out of tools that may support the Operations department and create user stories for tools to be developed internally together with PO
  • Track and analyze projects’ performance, expenditures, procurement and report about any possible or current blockers, risks, overflows, deficits
  • Installation planning, optimization, budgeting, and cost follow-up
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
  • Manage and develop European Operations support team

Head of European Support: 30% of your time

  • Manage and develop local support team on day-to-day responsibilities
  • Assist with support processes and training implementation
  • Oversee ticket creation and support logging (via ZenDesk)


What are we looking for?

  • You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Engineering or similar.
  • You have hands-on experience with project coordination
  • You have a minimum of 7 years of work experience, and ideally from corresponding roles
  • Ability to work both with R&D and Sales
  • Ability to work across cultures in Europe
  • A person you are very organized, capable of working in teams, as well as independently and enjoy working with International customers and colleagues
  • You have great communication skills (both writing and speaking)
  • You want to travel (up to 25% of your time)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and rapid growth environment
