TrackMan is searching for a Head of Supply Chain and Procurement with ownership of all supply chain related processes from demand planning, purchasing and inventory management. The Head of Supply Chain and Procurement will report directly to the CFO of TrackMan.

 You will be responsible for managing the Supply Chain and Procurement team with focus on: 

• Securing a sustainable match between demand and supply across TrackMan portfolio of products and accessories to secure deliveries to customers 
• Work closely with Production to secure deliveries on time 
• Manage inventory with a focus on keeping optimal inventory levels 
• Collaboration with R&D to ensure high quality and efficient sourcing of future innovative products 
• Ensure cost efficiency across the organization through continued improvement of the procurement processes – both related to direct and indirect spend 
• Manage and develop the Team consisting of 5 employees in Denmark 
• Act as a business partner with the Global Operations organization to ensure efficient processes 
• Provide business updates to senior management on status and achievements 
• Continue to develop and mature the Supply Chain organization to support the continued growth of TrackMan

The ideal candidate has:

• Min. 5 years of relevant experience within Supply Chain Experience within project management, procurement and/or strategic sourcing 
• Excellent communication skills (English required – Danish preferred) 
• Experience with process optimization, digitalization and data driven problem solving 
• Strong leadership skills with an interest in people development ‘To the point’, and a fast executer. You bring new ideas and challenge existing beliefs 
• Ambitious, have a high integrity, and a ‘start-up’ mentality. You can work across all cultures Curious to learn, have high requirements to your own performance and others’, and is a great colleague 
• You connect easily to other people and have an outgoing nature
