TrackMan is expanding with an additional Project Manager to lead our hardware projects from idea generation to production and sales. Being a Project Manager requires you to work closely together with several senior stakeholders in a very dynamic environment – driven by our passion for the product, the customer and sports.

You will work closely with our mechanical, RF, PSU, DHW development teams, software development teams, testing teams, and production.

Your key responsibilities are

  • Lead the Project Group together with the Product Owner
  • Defining, documenting and tracking project requirement by working closely with stakeholders to understand customer and business requirement
  • Request allocation of resources through the management and develop a realistic project plan accordingly with all relevant task dependencies
  • Ensuring thorough frontloading of the project and sprints by ensuring detailed product specifications and work breakdown are done together with the team
  • Tracking the progress of each task, and adjust the project plan as needed to account for changes in requirements or unexpected obstacles
  • Driving the product development through milestone planning, including coordination with other teams
  • Validating project requirements with the Product Owner throughout the project lifecycle to ensure that they continue to meet customer needs and expectations
  • Leading the development of variants of existing products by refining existing design, adding new feature, optimizing for manufacturing, taking into account factors such as cost, reliability, and scalability
  • Ability to work well with multiple stakeholders including R&D Hardware, R&D Tracking, R&D Embedded SW, Product Owners and UI/UX, Production as well as Customer Support
  • Prepare steering group presentations together with the Product Owner to ensure progress and timely decision making
  • Plan and execute needed certification and approvals together with the Certification Manager
  • Managing risk through mitigation and contingency plans
