Do you want to join a world-class technical support team?

This is a unique opportunity to join a growing customer support team dedicated to providing great customer experiences for current and potential TrackMan customers. You will further support TrackMan team members both nationally and globally to ensure all customer and staff needs/requests are addressed or resolved in a timely fashion. You will represent our brand and technology by working with potential customers in answering TrackMan sales related questions.

If you enjoy the game of golf, you will have the chance to test TrackMan and TrackMan related software(s) and then provide quality feedback to our developers. This includes the opportunity to go out and test the equipment and understand the product in depth - all with the focus of providing great support to our customers.

TrackMan products and systems are sold to the top athletes, organizations, and teams and we are committed to providing outstanding customer service.

At TrackMan, you will play a central role in supporting and assisting our worldwide network of customers, including top tier instructors, tour players and manufacturers within golf. Your workplace will be at our headquarter in Denmark.



  • Experience in customer service
  • Flair for solving technical issues (IT, network, windows updates etc).
  • Good computer skills required (Windows OS, iOS, Office 365 and remote software)
  • Great communication skills on the phone, email, and in-person
  • Attention to details - you ensure nothing slips through the cracks
  • You enjoy juggling several issues simultaneously
  • Interest in golf
  • Ability to have flexible work hours - week-end duties will occur as we work as a global support team
