Job Description

As Commercial Associate for the TrackMan Range product, you are expected to be the ultimate authority on all matters relating to the global Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solution and adjacent commercial topics. You will have a consultant’s mindset and work closely with the Head of Product, the global sales team, and customer success team to shape and implement the commercial strategy for the product. 


No two days will be the same in this position but your key responsibilities will be: 

  • Be the owner of the TrackMan Range CRM solution for all interfacing departments but with a focus on the commercial organization. This includes both system operation and new development 
  • Be the owner of all shared documentation repositories across the global Sales and Customer success teams 
  • Support the sales organization with material for strategically important topics, key market presentations and similar initiatives that drive sales excellence 
  • Support the customer success team in managing ongoing surveying of existing customers as well as assessing best practices in the market and exploring methods to share these with the other customers 
  • Support Head of Product with ad hoc projects and presentations such as; presentations for Board of directors and other senior management-related matters of interest; market, product, and end user analyses and marketing initiatives

Requirements

Are you our new colleague? 

To be our ideal candidate you have a strong academic record from business, economics, or engineering disciplines with a solid understanding for information systems. You are most likely a recent graduate or have a few years of work experience but more work experience is not a disadvantage. You will be well-versed in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint with a strong analytical mindset and a knack for strategic thinking. An understanding of the game of golf is an asset but not a requirement. 


Key requirements 

  • Must be fluent in English
  • Must be highly organized 
  • Must be a driven individual and able work independently 
  • Must be able to work out of the TrackMan offices in Vedbæk, Denmark
  • Recent graduate or a few years of work experience
  • Previous experience with commercial information systems (e.g. Salesforce, Monday.com or similar)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint

The role may include a few travel days every year.
